These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Elzora Digital, a Vehicle Loan Recovery Management System operated for banks, recovery agencies, field agents, and related stakeholders. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Elzora Digital (web panels, mobile applications, or APIs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Services

Elzora Digital provides tools for vehicle recovery operations, including but not limited to:

• Agency and master admin management
• Vehicle search, repo kit generation, and documentation
• Field agent mobile applications with offline capabilities
• GPS tracking, wallet management, and reporting
• Yard management and data sharing between authorized parties

We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Agency admins are responsible for managing staff and agent access within their organization and ensuring users comply with applicable laws governing vehicle repossession and data handling.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Uploading false, misleading, or unlawfully obtained data
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls, or subscription limits
• Using the system for purposes unrelated to authorized recovery operations
• Interfering with platform availability or other users' access

5. Data & Confidentiality

Vehicle, customer, and operational data uploaded to Elzora Digital remains the responsibility of the uploading party. You must have lawful authority to collect, store, and process such data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain modules may require a subscription (free, trial, or paid) as configured by the master admin. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are defined in your agency agreement. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property

Elzora Digital, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by the platform operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to your subscription and role.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elzora Digital is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including recovery outcomes, data loss, or third-party actions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. You may request account deactivation through your agency admin or by contacting support@elzoradigital.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
