- Operational data: vehicle records, repo kits, photos, videos, GPS location logs, search history
- Financial data: wallet balances, payment records, withdrawal requests
- Device & usage data: IP address, app version, crash logs, and activity timestamps
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain recovery management services
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access

Repo agent mobile apps may collect GPS location when agents search vehicle records or perform field activities. This data is used for operational tracking, audit trails, and admin alerts as configured by the agency. Agents are informed of location collection through app permissions.

- Between authorized users within an agency (admins, office staff, agents)
- With banks or partner agencies when data sharing is explicitly enabled
- With cloud hosting and infrastructure providers under confidentiality agreements

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Archived vehicle and recovery records may be retained per agency policy and regulatory requirements.

Our web platform may use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the recovery management panels.
